We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days and expedited shipping within 1-2 business days. Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your scooter leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your scooter, you can return it in its original packaging and unused condition for a full refund.

Do the scooters come with a warranty?

Yes, every Apachie scooter comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Are the scooters suitable for all ages?

We offer a variety of models designed for different age groups, from lightweight kick scooters for children to high-performance electric models for adults. Please check the weight limit on the product page.

Is assembly required upon delivery?
