At Apachie Scooters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the scooter in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
